Log In Instructions for Plansource:

• Username - Your username is the combination of the following items:
• IGH.  (note the period at the end)
• Followed by the first 3 characters of your First Name
• Then your full Last Name
• Then the last 4 digits of your social security number.
• No spaces in between
• For example:  employee John Hancock (social 123-45-6789) would have the following username:  IGH.JonHancock6789
• Your initial password is your date of birth in the following format:  yyyymmdd (no dashes)
• For example: employee John Hancock's date of birth is March 4, 1979.  His password would be:  19790304.
